I suspect Obama would have got in excess of 80% of the vote. If the electoral colleges were based on countries rather than US states, I suspect the only electoral college McCain would have got would be Israel. I can't think of any other countries that would have voted for him. On the news here they showed some images from Martin Luther King's old church, and they seemed pretty pleased, so certainly not all American Christians are upset. I actually got the impression that most Evangelicals had shifted over to the Democrat side over the past few years, but maybe I was wrong.
