Hell in a Party

Does hell exist? In recent years even church leaders have been back-pedalling when asked about this.

But I have found authoritative proof that hell exists. I have discovered a preview of it on YouTube and now have a new resolve to do all in my power to avoid going there.

Go this link to see the full toe-curling horror.

I warn you, the video is about 6 mins long and it is hard to watch. I wanted to run out of the room. I thought of the words of Jesus in Matthew 8:12 when I watched this, “But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

What makes it worse is that I don’t think this video is a joke!

  1. John Usher says:

Wow, party animals. Actually, this sounds like the absolute antithesis of a party!!!!!! BORING!

Even the actors seem to be struggling with the concept.

How can a massive company like microsoft produce such an abomination?

  2. I only made it to 1:50. Sorry.

  3. Firstborn says:

Pretend geeks? Are there not enough real, enthusiastic geeks in the world? Did they really have to get pretend ones?

I could have posted them scores of tweed blazer wearing, raw code junkies that would have gladly enthused, dreamily, about the astonishing capabilities of their new – oh, wait, hang on, no I couldn’t. I remember now, this is WINDOWS, isn’t it? Yeah, actually, what am I thinking? My people are open source.

They may take away our XP support, but they will never take away OUR LINUX!

  4. Paul Baird says:

The funniest part is that the party could be about Christianity -

    it’s non-critical
    it’s overly jolly
    it’s a house group
    it’s sheer indoctrination

    makes you think :-)

  5. graham says:

Odd, but I had not compared it, in my mind, to a religious gathering.

Now I when I imagine that they were talking about Jesus it sounds like some sort of cult.

I would be out of there, and fast!

It is like a ‘Stepford’ house group.
