Penny and I went for a coffee. While I read, Penny overheard a conversation.
Penny said that overheard snippets like that are like pinches of fine spice. what she heard was the following:
“I wonder what my parents find to talk about, they have been together for so long.”
“Me and my boyfriend don’t talk, we just argue.”
An older woman on a nearby table joined in, she said, “It takes two to make an argument.”
“No it doesn’t,” the girl replied.
